'PepperMeadows started with a vision: to offer real Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our pizza shop was a small enterprise owned by the family, with recipes passed down through the ages.
Marco Rossi, our patriarch, mastered the craft of pizza during his voyages across Italy, learning from notable pizza makers in Naples, where pizza originated. Once back in the UK, her ambition was to reproduce the enchanting experience of Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and selecting the purest ingredients.
Originally a humble establishment with just 12 seats, it's now a cherished local spot, and we've always remained true to superior quality and genuineness. We continue to use wood-fired oven methods, our dough is prepared fresh each day, and we seek out the top-tier ingredients available.
Currently, 'PepperMeadows' is still under the stewardship of the Rossi family's second wave, guiding our enthusiastic staff. Even as we've integrated some contemporary advances, the core of our operation, creating savory, authentic pizza to unite folks, stays unaltered.
